Into The Woods Diffuser Blend

• 3 drops Northern Lights Black Spruce Essential Oil

• 3 drops Tea Tree Essential Oil

• 2 drops Cedarwood Essential Oil

• 2 drops Citrus Fresh Essential Oil

You can use Citrus Fresh Essential Oil Blend topically by diluting in a 1:1 ratio with your favorite moisturizer. This may help your skin appear brighter and more vibrant! You can also dilute in a 1:1 ratio with V-6™ Vegetable Oil Complex and apply to skin as a perfume. Because some citrus oils can cause photosensitivity, apply at nighttime and allow 8-12 hours before spending time out in the sun when applying to exposed skin.

Ingredients

• 2 avocados

• 2 drops Citrus Fresh™ Vitality

• 1 drop Lime Vitality

• 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

• 1 clove garlic, minced

• 2 tablespoons chopped red onion

• 1–2 Roma tomatoes diced

• 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

• Pinch salt & black pepper

Instructions

Remove the pit from the avocados and scoop the flesh into a bowl, mashing roughly with a fork. Add all other ingredients and stir until mixed. Garnish with cilantro and enjoy with your favorite Mexican-inspired dishes!
