Easy and Delicious Burrito Bowl

In the Burchfield Household, the burrito bowl is one of our favorite go-to family meals. Not only is it super easy to have most of the ingredients prepared ahead of time, but it tastes delicious too.
BURCHFIELD BURRITO BOWL
INGREDIENTS
Lean organic ground turkey or beef
Taco seasoning (or make your own with cumin, chili powder, paprika and some garlic powder)
Organic rice
Organic black beans
Avocado
Homemade Salsa
Cilantro
Lime Vitality Essential Oil
Coriander Vitality Essential Oil
DIRECTIONS
Brown and cook the meat, then add taco seasonings.
While meat is sauteing, bring the rice to boil and set aside (per rice instructions).
Open up the can of organic black beans and warm them up on the stove.
Once the rice is officially cooked, add in 4-6 drops of Lime Vitality Essential Oil and 2-3 drops of Coriander Vitality Essential Oil for every 4 servings of rice.
Then put the finished rice in bowls and top with ground meat, black beans, avocado, cilantro, and your favorite salsa!
