Easy and Delicious Burrito Bowl

In the Burchfield Household, the burrito bowl is one of our favorite go-to family meals. Not only is it super easy to have most of the ingredients prepared ahead of time, but it tastes delicious too. 


BURCHFIELD BURRITO BOWL

 

INGREDIENTS

  • Lean organic ground turkey or beef

  • Taco seasoning (or make your own with cumin, chili powder, paprika and some garlic powder)

  • Organic rice

  • Organic black beans

  • Avocado

  • Homemade Salsa

  • Cilantro

  • Lime Vitality Essential Oil

  • Coriander Vitality Essential Oil

 

DIRECTIONS

  • Brown and cook the meat, then add taco seasonings.

  • While meat is sauteing, bring the rice to boil and set aside (per rice instructions).

  • Open up the can of organic black beans and warm them up on the stove.

  • Once the rice is officially cooked, add in 4-6 drops of Lime Vitality Essential Oil and 2-3 drops of Coriander Vitality Essential Oil for every 4 servings of rice.

  • Then put the finished rice in bowls and top with ground meat, black beans, avocado, cilantro, and your favorite salsa!
