PEPPERMINT RECIPES
Peppermint Patties
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup raw coconut oil
1/4 cup honey
8-10 drops YL peppermint vitality oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
Melt just enough to mix together then pour in silicone molds and freeze about 15 min. Melt chocolate of choice (we use dairy free) in double boiler then let cool. Drizzle chocolate over top using ziplock bag with pea-size opening cut in corner. Refreeze for 15 minutes Pop out and press into chocolate to coat opposite side. Refreeze and enjoy later.
Homestead Hot Cocoa with Homemade Whipped Cream
INGREDIENTS:
6 c organic almond milk
10 tsp organic cacoa
Organic honey
1 tsp organic vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS:
Warm on the stovetop….
Sweeten more to taste with this whipped concoction: 1 can organic coconut milk 1.5 tbsp organic maple syrup 5 drops YL peppermint vitality oil
